摘　　要：传统家训是中华家文化的集中体现,凝结着中华民族的智慧,是人类精神文明的象征。在传统社会中,家作为血缘、责任和精神的共同体,承担着抚养子女、人文教化、保卫国家等功能,催生普遍的人伦道德,孕育着人文精神。传统家训的德性期待集中体现在子女的德性培育上,要求子女明察人伦,正确认识和处理物我、人己关系,反对脱离人伦日用空谈虚论,合理地生产、生活,成就内圣外王之道。在具体方法上,传统家训极为重视读书,认为读书是修德进业之基,同时还需立志中正、善养其志,方可养成温柔敦厚的君子人格。可以说,德性期待是中国传统家训一脉相承的理念。在新时代,传统家训涵养家国一体之情怀,成就修齐治平之事业的理念,对当下“文化中国”的建设仍具有积极作用。Traditional Chinese family instructions epitomize Chinese family culture and are the condensed wisdom of the Chinese nation and the symbol of human spiritual civilization.In the traditional society of China,family is a kind of community combined by consanguinity,responsibility and spirit,taking the functions of child-rearing,education and safeguarding homeland,creating morality and humanistic spirit.The expectation from traditional Chinese family instructions is cultivating children's morality,stressing ethics and reasonably recognizing and dealing with the relationship between human and nature and between the other and oneself.It opposes separation from real life,advocating a reasonable life and pursuing"personal and managerial leadership".In the traditional family instructions,it is emphasized that reading and making good resolutions play an important role in achieving virtue and success.It also says that keeping good faith can create a gentleman.There are many traditional family instructions,the core of which is the expectation of morality.In the New Era,traditional Chinese family instructions still have positive effect on the construction of"Cultural China"because of relevant emphasis on morality.
