摘　　要：习近平总书记系统地阐述了关于农村教育发展的论述,可以概括为"一个根本""两个优先""三个结合""四个抓手"。"一个根本"即"立德树人";"两个优先"即"农村教育发展优先、农村教师队伍建设优先";"三个结合"即"国家办学与社会办学相结合、普通教育与职业教育相结合、学校教育与家庭教育相结合";"四个抓手"即"文化、榜样、健康、信息化"四个手段并举。要认真贯彻落实习近平总书记关于农村教育的重要论述,通过加大农村教育经费投入、加强师资队伍建设、释放农村教育功能等手段,扎实推进我国农村教育事业的发展。General Secretary Xi Jinping systematically elaborated on the development of rural education,which can be summarized as"One Fundamental","Two Priorities","Three Combinations","Four Grasps"."One Fundamental"is"to cultivate people by virtue";"Two Priorities",namely"rural education development priority,rural teachers construction priority";"Three Combinations"are"the combination of national school-running and social school-running,the combination of general education and vocational education,and the combination of school education and family education"."Four Grasps"means"culture,example,health,information"four means develop simultaneously.It is important to implement earnestly the significant statements of General Secretary Xi Jinping on rural education,and to promote steadily the development of rural education in China by increasing investment in rural education funds,and strengthening the construction of teachers and releasing the function of rural education.
