摘  要:柔性文化管理作为顺应时代发展的一种管理方式,具有其独到的效益和作用。适时应用柔性管理,能够改善和调整教务管理工作中的不足,提升教务管理工作效率,尤其在高职教育大发展时代,高职扩招带来生源多样化,生源结构复杂的背景下,传统的刚性教学管理方式无法适应当前高职教育的人才培养需求,因此高职院校更需要柔性教务管理。This paper expounds the basic theory of flexible cultural management,discusses the essence,characteristics and functions of flexible management,and focuses on the influence and significance of the comprehensive infiltration of flexible culture into higher vocational educational administration.Flexible cultural management,as a management mode conforming to the development of the times,has great influence and farreaching significance on higher vocational educational administration,In the educational administration,the flexible management can improve and adjust the deficiencies in the educational administration,and improve the efficiency of the educational administration.Especially in the era of the great development of higher vocational education,the expansion of higher vocational education brings the diversity of students and the complex structure of students.The original rigid teaching management mode can not meet the current talent training needs of higher vocational education.Therefore,higher vocational colleges need flexible educational management.
