摘  要:体教融合是新时代青少年体育改革的发展方向。通过文献分析与理论思辨,探究新时代体教融合的行动逻辑,以构建符合时代需求的育人形式与育人原则。基于对体教关系的历史脉络分析,厘清竞技体育与学校体育的双重变奏,主张对竞技体育的行动逻辑进行教育化改造,并将形塑全人的教育逻辑界定为青少年体育的底层逻辑。新时代体教融合不仅要深化增补式、倍增式、削减式与渗透式等育人形式,而且应推动全体性与全面性、公平性与差异性、科学性与人文性、终身性与阶段性、独立性与开放性等系列范畴实现高层次平衡。育人形式与育人原则共同体现了新时代体教融合的教育逻辑,有助于充分发挥青少年体育对形塑全人的独特价值。The integration of sports and education is the development direction of youth sports reform in the new era.Through literature analysis and theoretical speculation,the paper is aimed to explore the action logic of the integration of sports and education in the new era in order to construct educational forms and educational principles that meet the needs of the times.Based on the historical analysis of the relationship between sports and education,this paper clarifies the dual variation of competitive sports and physical education,advocates the educational transformation of the action logic of competitive sports,and defines the educational logic that shapes the holistic person as the underlying logic of youth sports.The integration of sports and education in the new era should not only deepen the forms of education such as supplementary,multiplying,reducible,and infiltrating forms of education,but also promote a high level of balance in a series of categories such as totality and comprehensiveness,fairness and difference,science and humanity,lifetime and phase,independence and openness.The forms of education and the principles of education together reflect the educational logic of the integration of sports and education in the new era,which helps give full play to the unique value of youth sports in shaping the holistic person.
