摘　　要：工作室育人与高职教育特征的相似性有助于人才培养模式的创新,以工作室为载体,从培养理念、培养途径、教学模式、教学环境和运行管理等要素入手,详细论述创新性人才培养过程的组织和设计,展现了该模式在创新性人才培养中育人理念、组织形式、方法内容、运行合作等方面的创新之处。This paper analyzes the similarity between the characteristics of studio education and higher vocational education,which is helpful to the innovation of talent training mode.Taking studio as the carrier,this paper discusses the organization and design of innovative talent training process in detail from training concept,training approach,teaching mode,teaching environment,operation management and other elements,whichshows the concept and organization of this mode in innovative talent training innovation in form,method content,operation cooperation,etc.
