高校党建工作“乘积效应”的激发路径

摘　　要：高校党建工作是牢牢把握社会主义办学方向、落实立德树人根本任务的方向引领和政治保证,在学校事业发展中发挥系数作用、产生乘积效果。做好高校党建工作,要持续强化理论武装,重视原著滋养、实践涵养、研究濡养、规纪教养;要充分凸显治理效能,强化党建工作的政治引领力、统筹领导力、组织凝聚力、党建服务力;要切实做好检查考核,检验工作质量、机制保障、成效提升、特色凝练。Party building is to firmly grasp the socialist direction,carry out the fundamental task of moral education and produce a multiplication effect in the development of the colleges and universities.To do the party building work well in colleges and universities,it should be continued to strengthen theory study,nourish with original works,carry out theoretical research,study the rules and the disciplines of the Party;demonstrate governance effectiveness,strengthen the power of political leadership,the ability of overall plan,the cohesion of the organization,the service capacity of the party building;do a good job in inspection and assessment,check the quality of the work,guarantee the mechanism,improve the effectiveness,characterize its own distinctive features.
