摘  要:当前,中国人口老龄化进入快速发展的阶段。伴随着社会问题此起彼伏,老龄化带来的问题需引起足够的重视。我国是一个人口大国,人力资源的开发不能仅仅局限于年轻劳动力。面对复杂的人口老龄化形势,积极开发老年人力资源有现实意义。文章以积极老龄化视域为背景,提出如下建议:营造老年群体继续接受教育的氛围;构建完善的学习设施;提升老年教育的目标性及针对性;建设学习型社区,发挥社区的组织推动作用;实施分阶段退休,有计划地对老年群体进行教育指导;加强对老年群体的职业教育,将老年群体这一潜资源变为显资源。At present,the aging population in China is of great concern.It is of practical significance to actively develop the human resources of the elderly.If their unique attributes and values are used rationally,the elderly will be an important force in maintaining social stability.From the perspective of active aging,this article mainly discusses some development strategies of human resources education for the elderly.Firstly,building the atmosphere for the elders to continue their education;Secondly,offering good learning facilities;Thirdly,carring out phased retirement to educate the elderly groups in a planned way;Fourthly,strengthening their vocational education to change the potential resource of the aged group into obvious one.
