摘 要:积极发展老年教育事业,既是构建全民终身学习体系、满足老年人终身发展需要的必然路径,也是丰富老年人精神生活、增加老年人心理赋权,提高其生活质量的重要举措。为探讨教育参与活动对老年人心理赋权和生活质量的影响机制,选取老年教育的参与动机、满意度、心理赋权和生活质量四个变量建立研究模型,并随机抽取河北省内老年大学713名60岁以上的老年学员为研究对象进行问卷调查。结果发现:老年教育参与动机对生活质量的影响路径不显著(β=0.028,p>0.05);老年教育满意度对生活质量影响路径显著(β=0.157,p<0.05);老年教育满意度对生活质量的直接效果值为0.157(p<0.05),经心理赋权对生活质量的间接效果值为0.380(p<0.05);心理赋权是老年教育满意度对生活质量影响的中介变量。To develop education for the elderly actively is not only an inevitable path to build a lifelong learning system for the whole people and meet the needs of elderly for lifelong development,but also an important measure to enrich their spiritual life,increase their psychological empowerment and improve their quality of life.In order to explore the influence mechanism of educational participation on psychological empowerment and quality of life of the elderly,four variables of educational participation motivation,satisfaction,psychological empowerment and quality of life were selected to establish a research model.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 713 selected elderly students over the age of 60 randomly from Hebei Old-age University.The results showed that:The educational participation motivation of the elderly has no significant influence on their quality of life(β=0.028,p>0.05);The educational satisfaction of the elderly has a significant influence on their quality of life(β=0.157,p<0.05);The direct effect of educational satisfaction on quality of life was 0.157(P<0.05),and the indirect effect of psychological empowerment on quality of life was 0.380(P<0.05).Psychological empowerment is a mediating variable of the impact of educational satisfaction on the quality of life in the elderly.
