摘  要:伴随着我国高等教育的有序展开,非学历教育已经成为高校开展教学工作不可或缺的一部分,由于社会发展的需要,各行业对技术人员有了更高层次的要求,促进非学历教育在这个阶段,发生了诸多的变革与革新,但由于教学改革是一个循序渐进的过程,新模式的形成需要实践的检验,本文以苗族银饰工艺创新设计人才培养项目为切入点,实践苏州工艺美术职业技术学院在非学历教育的教学管理模式,总结经验,修正不足,以期校验模式的推广性、可复制性。With the orderly development of higher education in our country,non-degree education has become an indispensable part of the teaching work of universities.Due to the needs of social development,various industries have higher requirements for technical personnel,and non-degree education is promoted.At this stage,many changes and innovations have taken place,but because the teaching reform is a gradual process,the formation of a new model needs to be tested by practice.This article takes the Miao silver jewelry craft innovation and design talent training project as the starting point to practice Suzhou arts and crafts career.In the non-degree education teaching management model,the technical college sums up experience and corrects the deficiencies in order to verify the popularization and reproducibility of the model.
