摘  要:实际工程中采集的振动信号常为非平稳信号,频谱分析难以揭示该类信号的局部特征;提出基于变分模态分解(VMD)与Teager能量算子解调的非平稳振动信号时频分析法;对比研究了VMD和经验模态分解(EMD)对3种典型非平稳振动信号(含噪声、冲击和间断信号)的分解;结果表明:VMD方法的抗混叠能力更强,具有更强的分解能力;利用Teager算子对VMD分解的IMF分量解调,获得包含瞬时频率和瞬时幅值的时频图,可清晰刻画出原始信号的中心频率,有效揭示振动信号的局部时-频关系;该工作可为复杂机械结构振动控制和故障诊断等提供有益参考。Vibration signals collected in practical projects are often non-stationary and complex signals,while spectrum analysis is difficult to reveal the local characteristics of this type of signal.A time-frequency analysis method for non-stationary vibration signals based on variational mode decomposition(VMD)and Teager energy operator demodulation was proposed;the decomposition of three typical non-stationary vibration signals(including noise,shock and discontinuous signals)between VMD and empirical mode decomposition(EMD)were compared and studied.The results show that the VMD method has stronger anti-aliasing ability and stronger decomposition ability.Using the Teager operator to demodulate the IMF component of the VMD decomposition,a time-frequency diagram containing instantaneous frequency and instantaneous amplitude can be obtained,which can clearly depict the center frequency of the original signal and effectively reveal the local time-frequency relationship of the vibration signal.A useful reference was provided to vibration control and fault diagnosis of complex mechanical structures.
