摘  要:为了探讨案例教学方法在肿瘤学研究生医学伦理学教学中的应用效果,选取2015年10月至2019年10月在西安交通大学第一附属医院肿瘤内科实习的84名肿瘤专业研究生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(42人)和实验组(42人),对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用案例教学模式。比较两组医学生授课前后对教学法的感兴趣程度,并以闭卷考试和教学调查问卷方式对教学效果进行评价。结果发现,两组肿瘤学研究生在性别、年龄和专业课成绩方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。实验组学生授课后对教学模式感兴趣人数明显多于对照组,二者相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的专业理论成绩和临床案例分析成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组学生在增强学习主动性、提升自学能力、提高学习兴趣、培养创造性思维、提高专业知识掌握能力、提高解决问题能力及加深对医学伦理学的理解方面评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。因此,相比传统教学方法,案例教学法在肿瘤内科研究生的医学伦理学教学中效果显著,值得在临床肿瘤学教学中推广应用。This study aims to explore the application effect of case teaching method in medical ethics teaching for postgraduates majoring in oncology.A total of 84 postgraduates majoring in oncology who had an internship in the department of oncology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from October 2015 to October 2019 were selected as research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group(42)and the experimental group(42).The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the case teaching mode.The degree of interest in teaching method was compared between the two groups before and after teaching,and the teaching effect was evaluated by closed book examination and teaching questionnaire.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of oncology medical postgraduates in gender,age,and professional course scores(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.After intervention,the number of students in the experimental group interested in the teaching mode was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of professional theory and clinical case analysis in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)in terms of enhancing learning initiative,improving self-study ability,increasing learning interest,cultivating creative thinking,optimizing professional knowledge mastery,improving problem-solving ability,and deepening understanding of medical ethics.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the case teaching method has a significant effect on the medical ethics teaching of postgraduates in the department of oncology,which is worthy of being popularized and applied in the teaching of clinical oncology.
