高校“三全育人”模式的多维构建与实践创新——以汕头大学为例

摘　　要：新时代高等教育进入质量提升、结构调整的内涵式发展新阶段,对高校“三全育人”提出了高标准和严要求。汕头大学在高等教育“十三五”发展规划时期,积极探索并围绕“三全育人”这一主线成功打造“七维”思政工作体系,取得显著成效。汕头大学“七维”思政工作体系的多维构建与实践创新为新时代“三全育人”模式提供了特色方案,也为高校加强思想政治工作提供了有效的路径参照。Higher education in the new era has entered a new stage of connotative development featuring quality improvement and structural adjustment,which puts forward high requirements and strict standards for the“three-aspect talents cultivation”in universities.During the period of the 13th Five-Year plan for the development of higher education,Shantou University has actively explored and successfully built a“seven-dimension”ideological and political work system centering on the main line of“three-aspect talents cultivation”,and achieved remarkable success in talents cultivation.Therefore,the multidimensional construction and practical innovation of the“seven-dimension”ideological and political work system of Shantou University not only can provide the characteristic scheme for the model of“Three-aspect talents cultivation”in the new era,but also the effective paths reference for universities to strengthen ideological and political work.
