摘  要:教学能力大赛是体现职业院校最高教学水平的权威赛事,在综合分析以往国赛获奖作品的基础上,提炼出可以供后续高职思政课教师参赛备赛并取得好成绩的成功经验。运用对比分析法、分类汇总法和逻辑推理法,认真研究总结2019年和2020年教学能力大赛思政课参赛小组获奖作品的特点和优点。在此基础上为后续的教学能力大赛参赛团队提供有价值的对策建议,提高团队的成功率,避免一些不必要的失误。The teaching ability competition is the authoritative competition that reflects the highest teaching level of vocational colleges.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the winning works of the previous national competitions,it extracts the successful experience for higher vocational ideological and political teachers to participate in the competition and get good results.By using comparative analysis method,classification and summary method and logical reasoning method,the paper studies and summarizes the characteristics and advantages of the winning works of the ideological and political courses of the teaching ability competitions in 2019 and 2020.On this basis,it provides valuable countermeasures and suggestions for the follow-up teaching ability competition teams,so as to improve the success rate of the teams and avoid some unnecessary mistakes.
