摘 要:表现性评价作为一种质性的过程评价方式,不仅与国家关于《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》的理念一致,也与小学品德课程的实践逻辑具有高度的契合性。研究以Y小学4名品德课教师为访谈对象,探究在小学品德课中表现性评价的运用现状及问题。研究发现,对表现性评价理解不深入;表现性评价的应用频率较低;不同学段表现性评价方式存在较大差异。为改进小学品德课评价方式转变,提升小学品德课质量。研究建议,设置品德课专职教师,培训现有的品德代课老师,提升品德课教师队伍专业化水平;开发校本品德特色课程,加强品德教材与儿童、社会生活的联系;整合学校、家长和社会资源,引导家长和社会理性参与评价。As a qualitative process evaluation method,performance evaluation is not only consistent with the national concept of“Deepening Educational Evaluation Reform in the New Era”,but also highly compatible with the practical logic of primary school moral courses.This study took 4 morality teachers in Y primary school as interviewees to explore the application status and problems of performance evaluation in virtue class in primary school.It was found that the understanding of performance evaluation was not deep.The frequency of performance evaluation is low.There are great differences in the ways of performance evaluation.In order to improve the transformation of the evaluation mode of moral courses and improve the quality of moral education in primary schools,research suggestions should be done from the following aspects:a.set up full-time teachers of moral education,and train the existing substitute teachers of moral education and enhance the professional level of morality teachers;b.develop school-based characteristic moral courses and strengthen the connection between moral teaching materials and children and social life;c.integrate school,parents and social resources,and guide parents and social rationality to participate in evaluation.
