摘  要:目的比较三种不同认知障碍大鼠模型的造模效果,为认知障碍动物模型的相关研究提供实验依据。方法利用腹腔注射相应试剂的方式建立认知障碍大鼠模型,40只SD(Sprague-Dawley)大鼠随机分为柠檬酸铝组(n=10)、亚硝酸钠组(n=10)、钠铝联合注射组(n=10)与对照组(n=10)。给药60 d后通过Morris水迷宫检测各组大鼠的平均逃避潜伏期及跨越平台次数。结果与对照组比较,钠铝联合注射组大鼠第3天、第4天平均逃避潜伏期显著延长、跨越平台次数显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而柠檬酸铝组、亚硝酸钠组大鼠平均逃避潜伏期及跨越平台次数与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柠檬酸铝和亚硝酸钠分别腹腔注射均未能取得良好的造模效果,柠檬酸铝亚硝酸钠联合腹腔注射可作为一种理想的认知障碍大鼠模型造模方法。Objective To compare the modeling effects of three kinds of rat models with different cognitive disorder,and to provide experimental basis for related research of animal models with cognitive disorder.Methods The rat model with cognitive disorder was established by intraperitoneal injection of corresponding reagents.40 Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into the aluminum citrate group(n=10),the sodium nitrite group(n=10),the sodium-aluminum combined injection group(n=10)and the control group(n=10).After 60 days of administration,the average escape latency and times of crossing platform were detected by Morris water maze.Results Compared with the control group,the average escape latency were significantly prolonged on the 3 rd and 4 th day and crossing platform times of the sodium aluminum combined injection group(P<0.05),while the average escape latency and crossing platform times of the aluminum citrate group and sodium nitrite group were not significantly different from those of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Aluminum citrate and sodium nitrite are injected intraperitoneally respectively,which fail to achieve good modeling effects.Aluminum citrate and sodium nitrite combined intraperitoneal injection can be used as an ideal method to establish rat model withcognitive disorder.
