摘　　要：二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)属于ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸,主要存在于深海鱼类、海藻和鱼油补充剂中,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗癌等多种生理功能。口腔健康与人们生活质量密切相关,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对口腔疾病的关注度逐渐提升,DHA可在一定程度上防治牙周、牙体疾病、口腔鳞状细胞癌以及复发性阿弗他口炎等,通过研究DHA与口腔疾病的关系以及DHA治疗口腔疾病的分子机制和临床应用有助于寻找防治口腔疾病的新药物,并为口腔疾病的治疗提供新思路。Docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)is a kind ofω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid,which mainly exists in deep-sea fish,seaweed and fish oil supplements.It has many physiological functions such as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anticancer and so on.Oral health is closely related to people’s quality of life.With the improvement of living standards,people are paying more and more attention to oral diseases.DHA can prevent and treat periodontal disease,dental disease,oral squamous cell carcinoma and recurrent aphthous stomatitis to a certain extent.The study of the relationship between DHA and oral diseases,as well as the molecular mechanism and clinical application of DHA in the treatment of oral diseases will help to find new medication to prevent and treat oral diseases,and provide new ideas for the treatment of oral diseases.
