高职护生职业价值观与护理伦理决策能力的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析高职护生职业价值观与护理伦理决策能力的相关性。方法采用护理职业价值观量表和护理伦理决策问卷,对1241名高等职业学院在校专科护生进行调查。结果高职护生职业价值观总均分为(97.30±18.79),护理伦理决策能力总均分为(268.20±25.68),均处于中等水平;职业价值观是护理伦理决策能力的重要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论护生的职业价值观与护理伦理决策能力呈正相关,护理教育者应重视护生的职业价值观培养,提高护生对职业价值观的认同,以提升其护理伦理决策能力。Objective To determine the relationship between professional values and ethical decision-making ability of higher vocational college nursing students.Methods By convenience sampling method,1241 higher vocational college nursing students were investigated with the Nursing Professional Values Scale(NPVS-R)and Judgement about Nursing Decision(JAND).Results The sample scored(97.30±18.79)on professional values and(268.20±25.68)on ethical decision-making,showing at medium levels.Professional value was an important factor of ethical decision-making ability(P<0.01).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between professional value and ethical decision-making ability of nursing students.Nursing educators should strengthen the cultivation of nursing students′professional values,and improve their recognition of professional values,thus to enhance their ethical decision-making ability.
