摘　　要：分析了电梯行业特色和产品特点对技能人才培养的关联影响条件,以及电梯行业传统技能人才培养模式存在的问题。以中山职业技术学院电梯工程技术专业人才培养体系的构建和发展为例,阐述了电梯技能人才现代培养体系的支撑架构。The conditions to the characteristics of elevator industry and the characteristics of its products influencing the training of skilled personnel,and the problems existing in the traditional training mode of skilled personnel in elevator industry are analyzed.The construction and development of the Zhongshan Polytechnic Elevator Engineering talents training system as an example is taken to expound the supporting structure of the training system of modern elevator technical talents.
