摘 要:教育扶贫是国家精准扶贫政策的重要手段之一,但是随着贫困地区平均受教育程度的显著提高,不同群体的教育收益率却依旧存在较大差距。因此,探讨在教育水平提高过程中教育收益率不增反降的深层原因具有重要作用。通过将心理资本这一影响因素引入到明瑟收益率模型之中,研究发现心理资本对教育收益率有显著的正向影响。同时,使用分位数回归的办法考察心理资本对不同收入分位点的教育收益率所造成影响的差距,可以发现随着收入分位数的提高,心理资本对教育收益率的影响呈现出先下降后上升的U型趋势。Poverty alleviation through education is one of the important means of the national targeted poverty alleviation policy. However, with the significant improvement of the average education level in poor areas, there is still a large gap between the educational yield of different groups. Therefore, it is the great importance to explore the deep reasons for the decline of educational returns in the process of improving educational level. By introducing the factor of psychological capital into mincer’s return rate model, the research finds that psychological capital has a significant positive effect on the return rate of education. At the same time, the quantile regression method was used to investigate the difference of psychological capital’s influence on the educational return rate of different income points, and it was found that with the increase of income quantile, the influence of psychological capital on the educational return rate showed a U-shaped trend of first decreasing and then increasing.
