摘 要:汽车动力传动系统的减振对汽车行业发展具有十分重要的意义,文章通过对汽车传动系统振动问题的形成机理、表现形式以及典型振动问题展开研究,总结了国内外研究现状,提出了汽车传动系统减振技术的一般研究过程;分析了汽车传动系统模型的建立过程,介绍了建模过程中常用的动力学模型及数学模型,并着重讨论了汽车传动系统建模中常用的集中质量模型和分布质量模型;针对减振器在降低汽车传动系统扭转振动方面的作用,对离合器从动盘式扭转减振器、双质量飞轮及带离心摆式吸振器的离合器从动盘作了重点介绍,并对3种减振器的综合性能进行了分析。Vibration reduction of automotive power transmission system is of great significance to the development of automotive industry.In this paper,the formation mechanism,manifestation and typical vibration of the vibration problem of automotive transmission system are studied,the research status at home and abroad is summarized,and the general research process of vibration reduction technology of automotive power transmission system is put forward.The establishment process of automotive transmission system model is analyzed.The dynamic models and mathematical models commonly used in the modeling process are introduced.The centralized mass model and distributed mass model commonly used in the modeling of automotive transmission system are discussed in detail.In view of the role of shock absorber in reducing torsional vibration of automotive transmission system,the clutch torsional damper(CTD),dual mass flywheel(DMF)and clutch disc with centrifugal pendulum vibration absorber(CD-CPVA)are expounded,and the comprehensive performance of the three kinds of shock absorbers is analyzed.
