摘　　要：高校实验室一般承担着“科研、教学和社会服务”的三重任务。在资质认定体系下,高校实验室如何处理好科研、教学和社会服务关系?南开大学中心实验室提出了基于资质认定体系下的高校实验室运行模式。基于学校大型仪器平台预约系统,结合RB/T214-2017的管理要求,探索出了适宜高校的资质认定实验室管理办法,提高了仪器共享效率,方便了科研和社会服务,并把相关资质认定理念融汇到研究生实验教学中,取得了良好的效果。Laboratories in universities generally undertake multiple tasks including research,teaching and social services.How to balance the different demands in accreditation laboratories?Central laboratory of Nankai University developed an operational mode according to the qualification accreditation outline.Thanks to the campus-wide instrument platform reservation system,and based on the RB/T214-2017 guidelines,new exploration of laboratory management was developed under qualification certification.The certified system improved the sharing efficiency of the instruments,made scientific research and social service more convenient,and cultivated graduate students in the experiments teaching.
