摘　　要：为在有限的空间条件下尽可能实现植物培养室和植物组织培养室的功能化分区,介绍了培养室的改造思路和目前的使用情况。着重阐述了改造后的植物培养室及植物组织培养室各区域的布局和功能设置,同时结合其在植物生物学相关实验教学中的具体应用,充分展示出改造后的植物及植物组织培养室不仅空间布局合理,而且功能相对完善。改造后的培养室为植物生物学基础实验教学和研究型实验项目的开设搭建了实用的培养空间和平台,不仅强化了学生对植物生长习性的了解,而且培养和训练了植物的多种培养方法以及植物组培技能。In order to realize the functional partition of plant culture chamber and plant tissue culture chamber under the limited space,this paper introduces the idea of the transformation of plant culture chamber and the current situation of its use.In this paper,the layout and functional setting of the modified plant culture room and plant tissue culture room were emphatically described.At the same time,combined with its specific application in the experimental teaching of plant biology,it was fully demonstrated that the modified plant and plant tissue culture room not only had reasonable spatial layout,but also had relatively perfect functions.The modified culture room has set up a practical training space and platform for basic experimental teaching and research experimental projects of plant biology,which not only strengthens students understanding of plant growth habits,but also cultivates and trains various cultivation methods of plants and plant tissue culture skills.
