基于校企合作的应用型高校青年教师培养模式分析

摘　　要：目前应用型地方高校的高质量发展压力增大,其传统的师资培养模式需要转型升级,开展校企合作是其中的一项重要途径。文中分析了地方高校青年教师的成长环境,提出了其面临的主要问题,并开展了基于校企合作的青年教师培养模式设计,提出了优化定位、科学考核、合理设计项目等具体措施,并提出了与之配合的政策措施,从而有力地推动相关院校的青年教师培养工作开展。At present,the pressure of high-quality development of application-oriented local colleges and universities is increasing,and its traditional teacher training mode needs to be transformed and upgraded.One of the important paths is to carry out school enterprise cooperation.This paper analyzes the growth environment of young teachers in local colleges and universities,puts forward the main problems faced by them,and carries out the training mode design of young teachers based on school enterprise cooperation,puts forward specific measures such as optimizing positioning,scientific assessment and reasonable project design.Futhermore,this paper puts forward corresponding policy measures,so as to effectively promote the young teachers training work in relevant colleges and universities.
