西南某地区儿童性侵害案件及防性侵认识研究

摘　　要：目的对西南某地区儿童性侵害案件及防性侵认识进行研究,为开展儿童防性侵教育提供依据和借鉴。方法通过问卷调查法、专家访谈法、统计学方法,对西南某地区儿童性侵害案件和儿童防性侵认识水平进行统计分析。结果西南某地区96.23%的儿童性侵害受害者为女童,86.79%的儿童性侵害案件发生在农村,67.92%的儿童性侵害受害者为留守儿童,50.94%的儿童性侵害受害者年龄范围为8~14岁,45.05%的儿童不清楚如何防性侵。结论西南某地区儿童防性侵能力需要加强,儿童防性侵教育需要专业化,有必要构建社会、学校和家庭等多位一体的儿童防性侵安全体系。Objective To study child sexual assault cases in a certain area of southwest China and the knowledge of prevention of sexual assault,to provide basis and reference for the development of children′s sexual assault prevention education.Methods Through questionnaire survey,expert interview and statistical methods,this paper analyzed the cases of child sexual assault and the level of children′s awareness of sexual assault prevention in a certain area of southwest China.Results 96.23 percent of the victims of child sexual assault are girls,86.79 percent occur in rural areas,67.92 percent of the victims are left-behind children,50.94 percent of the victims are between 8 and 14 years old,and 45.05 percent of the children do not know how to prevent sexual assault.Conclusions In southwest China,children′s ability to prevent sexual assault needs to be strengthened,and the prevention education of children sexual assault needs to be specialized.It is necessary to build a society,school and family integrated safety system for children′s sexual assault prevention.
