摘 要:基于自我决定理论,探讨了领导幽默对员工消极反馈寻求的影响,考察了工作繁荣的中介作用和员工幽默感的调节作用。结合283份两阶段上下级配对数据进行了实证检验。研究结果表明:领导幽默对员工消极反馈寻求有显著的正向影响;工作繁荣中介了领导幽默与消极反馈寻求的关系;员工幽默感调节了领导幽默与工作繁荣的关系,当员工幽默感较高时,影响相对更大;员工幽默感进一步调节了工作繁荣在领导幽默和消极反馈寻求间的中介作用,在幽默感高时,工作繁荣的中介效应更强。Based on self-determination theory,this paper explores the effects of leader humor on negative feedback-seeking behavior,and examines the mediating role of thriving at work and the moderating role of sense of humor.Using 283 two stages and paired data,we found that leader humor has a positive effect on employees'negative feedback-seeking behavior,which is mediated by thriving at work.Leader humor has a positive effect on thriving at work.Such relationship is stronger when employee's sense of humor is high.In addition,employee's sense of humor moderates the mediating effect of thriving at work on the relationship between leader humor and negative feedback-seeking behavior.The mediating effect is stronger when employee's sense of humor is high.
