摘  要:旅游业的快速发展迫切需要加速对旅游管理人才的培养。实践教学作为旅游人才培养中重要的一个环节,成为旅游专业教育探讨的热点之一。文章以山西省为例,梳理了山西省旅游管理专业本科实践教学的师资队伍、培养目标、课程安排、实践基地、实践模式等基本内容,构建了实践教学评价指标,通过问卷星对旅游管理专业实践教学质量进行评价,并使用SPSS17.0对影响旅游管理专业实践教学的因素进行相关、回归分析。结论表明,实践基地质量和学生实习满意度是旅游管理实践教学质量的主要影响因素,之后提出实践教学质量提升的相关建议,以期为旅游高层次人才培养提供参考。The rapid development of the tourism industry urgently needs the training of tourism management talents.As an important part of the training of tourism talents,practical teaching activities have become a hot spot for tourism professional education.Taking Shanxi Province as an example,the article sorted out the basic content of the faculty,training objectives,course arrangements,practice bases,practice models and so on for the undergraduate practical teaching of tourism management,constructed practical teaching evaluation indicators,and evaluated the practical teaching quality of tourism management through questionnaire stars.By using SPSS17.0 to carry out correlation and regression analysis on the factors affecting the practical teaching of tourism management,it shows that the qualities of practice base and student internship satisfaction are the main factors affecting the quality of tourism management practice teaching.After that,relevant suggestions for improving the quality of practice teaching are put forward in order to provide reference for the training of high-level tourism talents.
