摘  要:在经济转型的时代背景下,高素质的工匠型技术技能人才日益成为社会发展的迫切需求,也成为高职院校人才培养的重要目标。本文主要对当前的工匠精神理论研究、实证研究和对策研究进行了相关分析,发现这些相关成果在研究内容上不断丰富,在研究方法上将定性与定量研究紧密结合,在理论基础上不断将多种学科有机融合。该领域研究今后应呈现出工匠精神内涵研究逐步深化、价值定位日趋明确、维度测量效度继续加大、影响因素逐渐全面、培育现状日渐客观、培育路径凸显实效等特点。Under the background of economic transformation,highquality craftsmantype technical and skilled personnel will increasingly become an urgent requirement for social development,and it is also obligatory to become a requirement for the training goals of vocational colleges.This article has mainly analyzed the current theoretical research,empirical research and countermeasure research of craftsman spirit,and found that the research content can continuously enriched and surpassed,and the research methods can be closely combined qualitative research with quantitative research,the theoretical basis can be continuously integrated with multiple disciplines.The author believes that research in this field will show that the research connotation will be gradually deepened;the value positioning will become clearer,the validity of the measure will continue to increase,the influence factor will become more comprehensive,and the current situation will become more objective,the cultivation path will highlight the characteristics of practical results.
