摘　　要：社区是一个社会的基本组成单位,社区的文化构建是社会文化发展的关键。在倡导学习型社会的背景下,推进社区美育的发展,是构建和谐社会与促进精神文明建设的重要举措。本文受"有机农业"观启发,在梳理社区美育内涵和思想渊源的基础上,提出社区美育建设的"有机共同体"艺术观,并重新审视了社区美育的过程和角色,提出基于"有机共同体"的实施策略,以期为社区美育的实施提供新的视角和思路。The community is the basic unit of a society, and the cultural construction of the community is considered the key to the development of social culture. In the context of advocating a learning society, promoting the development of community aesthetic education is a significant action to build a harmonious society and promote the construction of spiritual civilization. Inspired by the concept of "organic agriculture", and on the basis of sorting out the connotation and ideological origin of community aesthetic education, this paper put forward the artistic concept of "organic community" for the construction of community aesthetic education. By re-examining the process and role of community aesthetic education, it proposed an implementation strategy based on the "organic community" in order to provide new perspectives and ideas for the implementation of community aesthetic education.
