摘　　要：创新创业教育背景下,实践教学是医学技术类专业教学的重要体现内容。结合医学检验技术专业和虚拟仿真的应用现状,探讨虚拟仿真实训平台的构建与特色创新,并在新冠肺炎疫情背景下利用自建的虚拟仿真实训平台进行实践教学,取得满意效果。在平台构建与应用过程中坚持以解决本科实践教学问题为核心,培养医技高等人才为目标,符合专业建设理念和人才培养特点,有效提高了学生的创新实践水平。Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education,practical tea-ching is an important embodiment of the teaching of medical technology.Combining the applica-tion status of medical laboratory technology and virtual simulation,the construction and characte-ristic innovation of virtual simulation training platform were discussed.Under the background of COVID-19 pandemic,the self-built virtual simulation training platform was used for online experi-mental teaching and achieved satisfactory results.In the process of platform construction and appli-cation,we insisted on solving the problem of undergraduate practice teaching as the core and cul-tivating advanced medical talents as the goal.It not only conforms to the professional construction concept and the characteristics of talent training,but also effectively improves the innovative prac-tice level of students.
