摘  要:目的探讨虚拟仿真实验平台在普通外科护理实习教学中的应用并进行效果评价。方法选取2020年4—6月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院普通外科病房实习的2016级护理专业80名学生,随机分为两组,对照组(n=40)采用传统带教模式,实验组(n=40)采用虚拟仿真教学模式。经过8周临床实习,比较两组理论考试和实践技能考核的成绩以及满意度问卷调查结果。结果实验组在理论考试、实践考核成绩均明显高于对照组,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在对于教学过程、学习兴趣的提高和护理操作技能的培养等方面,实验组满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虚拟仿真实验平台教学模式有利于提高护理专业在普通外科实习的教学效果。ObjectiveTo explore the application of virtual simulation experiemental plat-form in general surgical nursing practice teaching and make evaluation.MethodsFrom April to June,2020,80 nursing undergraduates enrolled in 2016,who were in the internship in general sur-gical ward in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University,were chosen and rand-omly divided into the control group(taught with traditional teaching mode)and the experimental group(taught with virtual simulation teaching mode),with 40 students in each.After 8 weeks of clinical practice,theoretical test scores,practical skill scores and student satisfaction of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe theoretical and practical scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was of statistic sig-nificance(P<0.05).In terms of aspects of teaching process,improvement of study interest as well as cultivation of nusring operation skills,satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was of statistic significance(P<0.05).ConclusionThe teaching mode of virtual simulation platform is beneficial to the teaching effect of nursing practice in general surgery.
