摘　　要：认识实习是通过高校与企业合作对接,并组织化工专业学生进入实地生产场所的高校教育工作。校企合作大背景下的化工认识实习经历可提高大学生的专业实践能力,为大学生就业上岗提供过渡认识,深化重整学生的就业途径,为社会培养更多高素质化工专业人才。The cognitive practice is to organize chemical engineering students to chemical plant for training through the cooperation between universities and companies.It can improve students′professional practice ability,provide a gradual transition into employment and expend the students′employment channels to cultivate professional talents for the society.
