摘 要:【目的】研究欧李杂交后代植株的遗传多样性,为培育欧李优良品种提供参考依据。【方法】以欧李‘农大4号’בDS-1’和‘农大7号’בDS-1’这2个杂交组合正、反交后代植株为试材,对其株高、茎粗和叶片表型性状进行测定,并对其遗传多样性进行分析。【结果】‘农大4号’בDS-1’和‘农大7号’בDS-1’正、反交后代植株的株高、茎粗、叶长和叶宽在其F1代中多呈连续变异的正态分布状,表明此2个杂交组合正、反交后代植株的株高、茎粗、叶长和叶宽可能均属由多个基因控制的数量性状。2个杂交组合正、反交后代植株的株高、叶长、叶宽和叶面积都低于亲中值,各性状遗传传递力都高于70%,优势率均低于20%,且其茎粗和叶面积的变异系数都高于20%,表现出高度变异特性。‘DS-1’ב农大4号’和‘农大7号’בDS-1’这2个杂交组合后代植株茎粗的超高亲率分别为43.40%和33.33%,均高于另外两个杂交组合,表明在这2个杂交组合中选育茎粗较粗的植株的概率较大。‘农大4号’בDS-1’和‘DS-1’ב农大7号’杂交组合后代植株的株高和茎粗、叶长、叶宽、叶面积之间均呈显著正相关关系,而‘DS-1’ב农大4号’和‘农大7号’בDS-1’杂交组合后代植株的茎粗和叶长、叶宽、叶面积间均呈负相关关系。【结论】当以‘农大4号’为母本、以‘DS-1’为父本时,选育出叶片长势较好的植株的可能性较大;当以‘农大7号’为母本、以‘DS-1’为父本时,从其F1代植株中更容易选育出株高较高、长势较壮的植株。【Objective】To study the genetic diversity of hybrid plants of Chinese dwarf cherry,and to provide the basis for superior varieties of Chinese dwarf cherry.【Method】The reciprocal crosses of two cross combinations of Chinese dwarf cherry‘Nongda 4’בDS-1’and‘Nongda 7’בDS-1’were used as test materials.Plant height,stem diameter,leaf length and leaf phenotypic traits were measured.【Result】The stem diameter,leaf length,leaf length and leaf width of reciprocal cross progenies of‘Nongda 4’בDS-1’were normally distributed with continuous variation in F1 generation,which indicated that the plant height,stem diameter,leaf length and leaf width of the reciprocal cross progenies of this hybrid combination might belong to quantitative traits controlled by multiple genes.The plant height,leaf length,leaf width and leaf area of the progenies of the two cross combinations were all lower than the median parent values,the genetic transmission capacity of each trait was all higher than 70%,the dominance rate was lower than 20%,and the coefficient of variation of stem diameter and leaf area of the reciprocal cross progenies of the cross combination was higher than 20%,showing high variation.The super-high parental ratio of stem diameter of the progenies of‘DS-1’בNongda 4’and‘Nongda 7’בDS-1’was 43.40%and 33.33%,respectively,which was higher than that of the other two hybrid combinations,indicating that the probability of breeding plants with thicker stem diameter was higher in these two hybrid combinations.There was a significant positive correlation between plant height,stem diameter,leaf length,leaf width and leaf area of the hybrid combinations of‘Nongda 4’בDS-1’and‘DS-1’בDS-1’.There was a negative correlation between stem diameter,leaf length,leaf width and leaf area of the hybrids of‘DS-1’בNongda 4’and‘Nongda 7’בDS-1’.【Conclusion】Using‘Nongda 4’as female parent and‘DS-1’as male parent,it is easier for the offspring to h
