摘　　要：以医学检验技术专业教育国家质量标准及检验行业、产业发展为依据,以就业岗位需求为导向,设立“形态学检验”“IVD产业”“科研与创新(含研究生应考)”三个拓展方向,开设相关方向特色课程模块,主编相关教材;学校与IVD企业(医院)产学研合作,共同制订人才培养方案,实施导师制,协同培养拓展方向人才;学生除了完成医学检验专业所必须完成的课程外,同时,学生根据自己的兴趣、志向与职业规划,选择其中的一个方向作为自己拓展方向,选修相关方向特色课程模块,完成见习、实习环节,让自己学有专长。Based on the national quality standards of medical laboratory technology education and the development of the medical laboratory industry and,and guided by the demand for jobs,three development directions:“morphological examination”,“IVD industry”,“research and innovation(including graduate examinations)”has been established.In addition,we will provide relevant course modules and edit related textbooks,we will also work with IVD companies(hospitals)to carry out industry-university-research institutes cooperation,and jointly formulate a talent training plan,implement a mentor system,and jointly develop talents for the three directions.In addition to completing the courses that the medical laboratory major must complete,at the same time,students choose one of the directions as their own development direction based on their interests,ambitions and career plans,and take special course modules according to the direction.Finally,the student’s complete internships and internships,and become professional.
