吴文藻社会学中国化思想的内在理路

摘　　要：针对简单移植西方社会学、迷信社会调查统计这两种社会学实践,吴文藻提倡通过社会学中国化予以补偏救弊。吴文藻将西方社会学划分为理论与事实两个部分,认为理论部分具有普遍适用性,事实部分具有文化特殊性。西方社会学的理论部分作为一种认识工具,能够运用到分析中国社会、解释中国事实的实践之中。借助域外理论"发明"本土事实,经由本土事实"接洽"域外理论,用中国社会事实替代西方社会事实,本土事实与域外理论互构共契,是吴文藻之"化"的核心要义。吴文藻主张运用功能主义社会人类学理论与方法,开展中国本土社区的文化比较研究,不仅是贯彻实践社会学的中国化,也可建成科学的中国社会学。吴文藻的中国化思想对当代社会学学科建设仍有启发意义,即除了发掘本土事实凝练中国经验,也需要在反思批判的基础上学习借鉴欧美社会学,由此才能使中国社会学既以本土文化与事实为主体,又能与已有社会学知识传统成龙配套。Wu Wen-tsao proposed the"Sinicization of sociology"to criticize and correct the problematic sociological practices in modern China, such as na?ve adoption of Western theoretical paradigms and blind worship of social statistics. One key suggestion in Wu’s thoughts is to use foreign theories to understand the facts in Chinese society critically. Wu’s proposal of Sinicization urges us to reveal the native facts with the aid of foreign theories and to elaborate foreign theories with local empirical evidence. The mutual construction between foreign theories and native facts is not only a manifestation of the realization of Sinicization of sociology but also an embodiment of the establishment of Chinese sociology. Wu Wen-tsao’s thought is great enlightenment for the practice of the indigenization of contemporary Chinese sociology. Both constructing a Sinicized sociology or establishing a discipline of indigenous sociology need us to be aware that the two components are inseparable: learning and reflecting on Western sociology.
