摘  要:目的:观察在临床本科学生神经病学课程教学中引入案例教学(CBL)与PBL教学方式并结合神经解剖学基础知识的教学效果。方法:以包头医学院2017级临床医学本科生为观察对象。2017级临床本科2班40名学生为观察组,进行以神经解剖为基础,结合CBL与PBL讨论式教学方式,对神经病学中脑血管病内容进行教学;以2017级临床医学本科3班、4班的83名学生为对照组,进行传统的讲授式神经病学脑血管病部分内容教学,教学结束后发放教学满意度调查表,并观察两组学生的神经病学课程期末考试成绩,同时对应用新教学方法教学期间的学习内容得分情况进行分析。结果:观察组学生的期末平均成绩(86.84±1.47)分,对照组学生的平均学习成绩(84.16±2.01)分,观察组学生的期末学习成绩与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.451,P=0.194);观察组学生应用新教学方法对于所授课内容部分的得分为男生平均得分(20.47±1.94)分,女生得分(19.16±2.70)分,分别高于对照组学生中男生(18.54±0.67)分和女生(17.06±1.48)分(P<0.05);观察组学生的学习满意度高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论:(1)以神经解剖学为基础,结合临床案例进行脑血管病的讨论式教学,能够提高学生的学习兴趣,取得较好学习成绩。(2)CBL结合PBL的教学模式,有利于培养学生的临床分析问题能力,学生的满意度较高。Objective:To observe the effect of case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)combined with the basic knowledge in the teaching of neuroanatomy.Methods:40 students in class 2 of 2017 clinical medicine from Baotou Medical College were selected as the observation group.Combined with CBL and PBL discussion teaching method,the content of cerebrovascular disease in neurology was taught based on neuroanatomy;83 students in class 3 and class 4 of 2017 clinical medicine were selected as the control group and the traditional teaching method was adopted.The questionnaire of teaching satisfaction was issued when the teaching was finished,and the final examination results of the two groups were observed.At the same time,the score of learning content during the teaching period of the new teaching method was analyzed.Results:4The average scores of the observation group and the control group were(86.84±1.47)and(84.16±2.01)respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(t=0.451,P<0.05).The average score of learning content during the teaching period of the new teaching method in the observation group was(20.47±1.94)for boys and(19.16±2.70)for girls,which were higher than(18.54±0.67)for boys and(17.06±1.48)for girls in the control group(P<0.05);the learning satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on neuroanatomy,the discussion combined with clinical cases teaching of cerebrovascular disease can improve students'learning interest and achieve good academic performance.CBL combined with PBL teaching mode is conducive to the cultivation of students'ability of clinical analysis,and students'satisfaction is high.
