摘  要:为了促进学区内优质教育资源共享,体现教育公平,缩小校际间差距,以区域名校树勋小学为中心组建大学区,学区内各校间取长补短,实现教育的最大均衡化,为教师专业发展赋能。在树勋小学引领带动下,以塑造精英型校长团队引领学校发展方向,培养出决策有远见、管理有水平、指导有能力、工作有创新的学校管理者;以学区化管理为教师专业发展赋能,锻造领军型优秀教师,构建名师团队;打造专业型学科教师,形成教师梯队为发展策略,不断构建优质均衡的教育新样态。In order to promote the sharing of high-quality educational resources in the school district,reflect educational equity,and narrow the gap between schools,Shuxun primary school,a famous school in the region,is set up as the center of the district to learn from each other,realize the maximum balance of education,and empower teachers'professional development.Under the guidance of Shuxun primary school,we shape an elite headmaster team to lead the development direction of the school,cultivate school managers with foresight in decision-making,management level,guidance ability and innovation in work;use school district management to empower teachers'professional development,forge leading excellent teachers and build a team of famous teachers;create professional subject teachers and form a teacher echelon as the development strategy and continue building a new pattern of high quality and balanced education.
