摘  要:连续搅拌反应釜(continuously stirred tank reactor, CSTR)普遍存在高度的非线性、不稳定性和参数不确定性。线性比例-积分-微分(proportion integration differentiation, PID)控制算法难以满足CSTR系统的控制要求。为了提高CSTR系统的控制品质,采用非线性函数对线性PID控制器的比例、积分、微分系数进行非线性构造,得到非线性PID(nonlinear PID, NPID)控制算法,并将NPID算法运用于CSTR系统的出料温度控制。仿真结果表明,NPID控制算法的控制效果更好,CSTR的出料温度和出料浓度响应曲线更加平滑,过渡过程时间更短,系统抗干扰能力和鲁棒性更强。可见,所提算法是合理和有效的。Continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR)is of highly nonlinear,instability and parameter uncertainty.Linear proportion integration differentiation(PID)control algorithm is difficult to meet the control requirements of CSTR system.In order to improve the control quality of CSTR system,all the proportion,integral and differential coefficients of linear PID controller were constructed by nonlinear function.Then,the nonlinear PID(NPID)control algorithm was obtained.And the NPID algorithm was applied to the temperature control of CSTR system.The simulation results show that the NPID control algorithm has better control effect,the CSTR discharge temperature and concentration response curves are smoother,the transition process time is shorter,and the system has stronger anti-interference ability and robustness.It can be seen that the proposed algorithm is reasonable and effective.
