摘　　要：以Dick与Carey的系统教学设计模式与相关文献为主要理论基础,在"互联网+"环境上建构一门以系统观点探讨"飞行英语听说"的自我导向式课程,并在实际教学过程中,由学习者中辍率、参与程度、对教学方案的满意以及与对学习的帮助程度等指标,分析设计成果的成效及呈现的问题。结果显示学习者中辍率仅12%,多数学习者每周登录4-9次、使用1-2小时、浏览线上教材1-2次。学习者对于本研究所设计的自学式网络教学系统多持正面评价,对"教材设计、系统功能、教学策略、学习者支援、沟通互助"等5个维度、34个题项的设计与功能感到非常满意或满意。"学习者支援设计"的满意与帮助程度皆居第三,学习者对"系统功能"的满意程度虽高于"沟通互动"的状况,但认为后者比前者对学习更有帮助。数据显示网络课程的发展需由了解学习者的特点与需求着手,结合学科专家、媒体平台发展专家的技术与管理,运用教学设计的理念与策略,将教材内容融入传送系统之中,提供学习者支援机制,并经由不断回馈修正,才能达成高品质的网络学习。Based on the Dick and Carey Model of Instructional Systems Design,this study,first,developed a self-directed course entitled Listening and Speaking for Pilots for university st udents in the online learning environment.The researcher,then,evaluated the effectiveness of th e instructional systems with four user-based indexes:dropout rate,participation,satisfaction and helpfulness.Twelve percent of the participants did not complete the course.Weekly,most learner s logged onto the course web site four to nine times,used the systems for one to two hours an d viewed on-line learning materials one to two times.Participants reported a high degree of sati sfaction on 34 items representing four dimensions of the web course:systems-design of online materials,teaching strategies,interaction and systems functions.It is concluded that improvemen t of web courses relies on application of principles of instructional systems design such as an alyzing learning needs,identifying performance objectives,using both synchronous and asynchr onous interactions,and constantly revising instructional systems based on feedback.
