摘 要:目的观察微课结合翻转课堂教学模式在新入职护士培训中的应用效果。方法2018年3月—2020年3月34名新入职护士为该次研究对象,按照是否行微课结合翻转课堂教学模式入职培训分为对照组(17名:行传统入职培训)与实验组(17名:行微课结合翻转课堂教学模式),比较两组新入职护士培训结果。结果实验组新入职护士培训1个月后考核成绩、轮转3个月考核成绩以及转正考核成绩均比对照组高,同时实验组新入职护士职业认同感入职培训1个月(79.26±2.26)分,轮转3个月(80.89±2.26)分,转正考核(80.65±2.46)分,明显优于对照组入职培训1个月(72.26±2.38)分,轮转3个月(74.65±2.27)分,转正考核(74.85±2.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组带教老师对培训效果满意度(94.12%)比对照组带教老师对培训效果满意度(64.71%)高,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新入职护士培训中微课结合翻转课堂教学模式明显优于传统入职培训效果。Objective To observe the effect of micro-class combined with flipped classroom teaching mode in the training of new nurses.Methods From March 2018 to March 2020,34 newly recruited nurses were the subjects of the study.According to whether to conduct micro-classes combined with flipped classroom teaching mode,the induction training was divided into control group(17 nurses:traditional induction training)and experiment group(17 nurses:micro-classes combined with flipped classroom teaching mode),compare the training results of newly recruited nurses between the two groups.Results The test scores of the newly recruited nurses in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group after one month of training,the three-month rotation test scores,and the regularization test scores.At the same time,the experimental group had(79.26±2.26)points of occupational identity training for one month,three months score was(80.89±2.26)points,and the positive assessment was(80.65±2.46)points,which was significantly better than the control group,the entry training for one month was(72.26±2.38)points,(74.65±2.27)points for rotation for 3 months,and(74.85±2.16)points for the positive assessment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the teachers in the experimental group with the training effect(94.12%)was higher than the satisfaction of the teachers in the control group with the training effect(64.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of micro-class and flipped classroom teaching mode in the training of newly recruited nurses is significantly better than the traditional induction training.
