全科医学科主导的出科考核在全科住培中的应用

摘　　要：全科住院医师规范化培训是我国医改的重要工作之一。目前我国的全科住培还处于起步阶段,面临着如何平衡专科培训和全科理念、如何培养全科住院医师的核心胜任力、如何加强过程考核、如何发挥全科医学科在全科住培的作用等问题。全科医学科主导的出科考核较好地解决了上述问题,在未明显增加考核老师的工作量的情况下,延长了考核时间,使出科考核更加全面,更具全科理念;通过加强过程考核,更好地培养和评价学员的核心胜任力;同时它也是全科教研室进行教学质量考核的有效工具,能够为全科住培实施提供巨大支持。基于此,该文对全科医学科主导的出科考核在全科住培中的应用进行了分析,结合相关问题提出了一系列观点,以供参考。The standardized training of general resident physicians is one of the important tasks of our country's medical reform.At present,our country’s general practice residency training is still in its infancy,and it is still facing how to balance specialist training and general practice concepts,how to cultivate the core competence of general practitioners,how to strengthen process assessment,and how to make use of general practice in general practice.The general practice led by the examination of the department has better solved the above problems.It greatly prolongs the assessment time without obviously participating in the workload of the assessment teachers,making the subject assessment more comprehensive and the concept of general subjects.It also strengthens process assessment to better train and evaluate the core competence of students.At the same time,it is also an effective tool for the general teaching and research section to conduct teaching quality assessment and can provide great support for the implementation of general residential training.Based on this,this article analyzes the application of general practice-led examinations in general practice residential training,and puts forward a series of viewpoints in combination with related issues for reference.
