分层目标教学法在外科护理带教中的应用效果

摘  要:目的研究分层目标教学法应用于外科护理带教中效果。方法使用随机计算机表法,对该院2018年12月—2019年12月的120名外科护生进行分组处理,分为了A组和B组,均为60名。A组采取分层目标教学法带教,B组采取常规教学法带教,对比两组带教效果。结果①A组护生对教师态度满意度、主动讲解满意度,以及带教意识满意度、操作示范满意度、落实带教计划满意度,和B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②A组的理论考核成绩、操作技能考核成绩,与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层目标教学法于外科护理带教中运用,不但能使护生更好地掌握外科护理相关理论知识,而且能够提高护生的操作水平,提升护生对护理带教的满意度。Objective To study the effect of applying hierarchical target teaching method in surgical nursing teaching.Methods Using a random computer table method,120 surgical nursing students in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into groups A and B,with 60 nursing students in each group.Group A adopted hierarchical target teaching method to teach,group B adopted conventional teaching method to teach,compared the two groups'teaching effect.Results 1.The satisfaction of the nursing students in group A with the teacher's attitude,the satisfaction with the active explanation,the satisfaction with teaching awareness,the satisfaction with the operation demonstration,the satisfaction with the implementation of the teaching plan,and compared with group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.There were statistically significant differences in the theoretical assessment scores and operational skills assessment scores of group A compared with those of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the hierarchical target teaching method in surgical nursing teaching can not only enable nursing students to better grasp the relevant theoretical knowledge of surgical nursing,but also improve the operating level of nursing students and promote nursing students'satisfaction with nursing teaching.
