摘  要:目的探讨某医学院校在临床医学专业实行双三段式考核模式的实践效果。方法双三段式考核分为理论三段式考核和实践三段式考核。在2016级专升本临床医学专业中随机抽取4个班学生,随机分配2个班为实验组,2个班为对照组,实验组采用双三段式考核模式,对照组采用传统考核模式,以学生毕业技能考核、理论考核及总成绩作为考核评价指标。结果实验组理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩及总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双三段式考核模式更有针对性和导向性,能够起到以考促学、以考促教的作用。Objective To explore the practical effect of implementing a double three-stage assessment model for clinical medicine in a medical college.Methods The double three-stage assessment is divided into the theoretical three-stage assessment and the practical three-stage assessment.Four classes of students were randomly selected from the 2016 undergraduate clinical medicine major,and two classes were randomly assigned as the experimental group and two classes as the control group.The experimental group adopted the double three-stage assessment mode,and the control group adopted the traditional assessment mode.Graduation skills assessment,theoretical assessment and total score are used as assessment indicators.Results The theoretical assessment scores,practical assessment scores and total scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The double three-stage assessment model is more targeted and oriented,and can play a role in promoting learning and teaching through exams.
