摘　　要：标准化病人越来越广泛地应用于临床教学和考核,学生作为标准化病人是一种新的医学教学组织形式。因此,学生标准化病人应用体系的建立是提高学生标准化病人质量的有效保障。本文系统地总结我校开展的学生标准化病人项目的教学经验,从面试招募、培训、考核及日常管理四个方面探讨如何建立学生标准化病人应用体系。Standardized patients(SP)can be more and more widely used in clinical teaching and objective structure clinical examination.Students as SP are a new form of medical teaching organization.Therefore,the establishment of student standardized patient(SSP)system is an effective guarantee to improve the quality of SSP.Based on the experience of SSP teaching in our university,this paper discusses how to establish a SSP system from four aspects of recruitment,training,assessment and management.
