摘  要:目的研究Er:YAG激光联合生物活性玻璃脱敏剂对牙本质小管的封闭率和抗老化效果,探讨两者联合应用时的最佳顺序。方法制作45个敏感牙本质模型,将样本随机分成5组,前四组平均每组10颗,应用不同方法进行牙本质脱敏处理:A:Er:YAG激光组;B:生物活性玻璃组;C:Er:YAG激光+生物活性玻璃组;D:生物活性玻璃+Er:YAG激光组;E:空白对照组。随机选取A-D组的一半样本和E组样本进行电镜扫描,观察牙本质小管的暴露率,剩余样本进行老化试验后再进行电镜扫描,观察牙本质小管的暴露率。结果老化试验前:D<B<C<A,根据单因素方差分析A和C、B和C之间的差异没有显著意义(P>0.05)。其余组间差异具有显著意义(P<0.05)。老化试验后:D<C<B<A,A和B差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。剩余组间差异具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论Er:YAG激光联合生物活性玻璃可有效封闭牙本质小管,而且先应用生物活性玻璃再应用Er:YGA激光对牙本质小管的封闭和抗老化效果更佳。Objective To evaluate the sealing rate and anti-aging effect of bioactive glass desensitizer combined with Er:YAG laser on dentin tubules,and to find the best order when the two are used in combination.Methods A total of 45 complete third molars in vitro were collected to make sensitive dentin models.The samples were divided into5 groups,with an average of 10 models in each of the first four groups.A:Er:YAG laser;B:bioactive glass;C:Er:YAG laser+bioactive glass;D:bioactive glass+Er:YAG laser;E:the blank group.Half of the samples in group A-D and group E were randomly selected for scanning electron microscopy(sem)to observe the exposure rate of dentine tubules,and the remaining half did the same after the aging test.Results Before aging test:D<B<C<A.There was no significant difference between A and C,B and C(P>0.05),according to one factor analysis of variance.The remaining group differences were significant(P<0.05).After the aging test:D<C<B<A.There was no significant difference between A and B.The differences between the remaining groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Er:YAG laser combined with bioactive glass can effectively seal dentin tubules,and use bioactive glass firstly has a more significant effect on the sealing and anti-aging of dentin tubules.
