摘  要:目的探讨早临床见习对中职护生共情能力的影响,为中职护生的共情能力培养提供依据。方法以某校中职护理二年级学生作为研究对象,以护士人文修养作为教学内容,对照组采用传统教学,实验组在传统教学的基础上,开展每周一个上午为期一个学期的早临床见习,期末采用杰斐逊共情量表(护生版)对220名护理专业学生进行问卷调查。结果实验组共情能力总分及观点采择、情感护理和换位思考3个维度得分分别为(115.12±7.940)分、(55.96±5.186)分、(47.85±3.363)分、(11.58±1.334)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论中职护生迫切需要提高人文素养,而早临床见习可以有效提高中职护生的共情能力,可以作为培养护生职业素养的有效途径。Objective To explore the influence of early clinical probation on the empathy ability of secondary vocational nursing students,and to provide a basis for the cultivation of empathy ability of secondary vocational nursing students.Methods The second-year students of secondary vocational nursing in a school were used as the research object,and"Nurse Humanity Training"was used as the teaching content.The control group adopted traditional teaching,and the experimental group carried out early clinical practice one morning every week for one semester on the basis of traditional teaching.As a trainee,at the end of the term,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 220 nursing students using the Jefferson Empathy Scale(Nursing Student Version).Results The total scores of empathy in the experimental group and the three dimensions of opinion taking,emotional care and empathy were(115.12±7.940)points,(55.96±5.186)points,(47.85±3.363)points,(11.58±1.334)points,which were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Secondary vocational nursing students urgently need to improve their humanistic literacy,and early clinical probation can effectively improve the empathy ability of secondary vocational nursing students,and it can be an effective way to cultivate professional quality of nursing students.
