摘 要:目的通过调查分析非影像专业医学影像学教学效果的影响因素,探讨提高学生影像诊断思维能力的教学方法。方法对2016级临床医学专业及麻醉学专业学生199名,住培生44名及讲课教师14名进行问卷调查,调查内容包括教学方法、教学内容、教师能力、学生的学习热情等对教学效果的影响。结果学生及教师认为教学方法是影响教学效果的最主要因素,而住培生认为学习热情是最主要因素。57.3%的学生及60.5%的住培生习惯于传统的灌输式教学方法。57.3%的学生、23.3%的住培生及78.6%的教师认为医学影像学教学缺少临床实践。结论非影像专业医学影像学教学要重视教学方法、教学内容、学习热情、临床实践对教学的作用,在实践中不断探索符合现代医学影像学的教学理论,提高教学质量。Objective To investigate teaching methods to improve students'thinking ability in imaging diagnosis by investigating and analyzing the influencing factors of non-imaging majors in medical imaging teaching.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 199 clinical medicine and anesthesiology majors in 2016,44 resident students and 14 Residency Applicant.The survey included:teaching methods,teaching content,teachers'ability,and students'enthusiasm for learning.Results Students and teachers believe that teaching method is the most important factor influencing teaching effects,while Residency Applicant believes that learning enthusiasm is the most important factor.57.3%of the students and 60.5%of the resident trainees are accustomed to the traditional instillation teaching method.57.3%of students,23.3%of live students and 78.6%of teachers believe that medical imaging teaching lacks clinical practice.Conclusion The teaching of medical imaging for non-imaging majors should pay attention to the role of teaching methods,teaching content,learning enthusiasm,and clinical practice in teaching,and constantly explore teaching theories that conform to modern medical imaging in practice to improve teaching quality.
