摘 要:目的探究PBL(project-based Learning,项目式学习)结合真实案例教学在肿瘤外科护理临床见习中的价值。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2017年6月—2018年6月在该院肿瘤外科的实习护生作为对照组(n=25),采用传统PPT讲授教学法,于2018年7月—2019年7月期间对进入肿瘤外科的实习护生作为观察组(n=25),采用PBL结合真实案例教学法。见习完成后对两组护生进行理论考试、实操考试成绩进行对比。结果观察组实习护生理论考试成绩(95.04±1.98)分、实操考试成绩(93.56±2.05)分高于对照组实习护生理论考试成绩(88.34±2.02)分、实操考试成绩(85.35±1.97)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超过88.0%的实习护生赞成PBL结合真实案例的教学方式。结论针对肿瘤外科护理带教工作,采用PBL结合真实案例教学方式比起常规带教方式能够有效提升实习护生的理论、实操水平,且能获得实习护生的认可。Objective To explore the value of PBL(project-based learning)combined with real case teaching in the clinical probation of tumor surgical nursing.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select interns who were in oncology surgery in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 as a control group(n=25),using traditional PPT teaching methods,from July 2018 to July 2019,the interns who entered the tumor surgery department were used as the observation group(n=25),and PBL combined with real case teaching method was adopted.After the completion of the probation,compared the two groups of nursing students theoretical examination and practical examination results.Results The observation group's theoretical test scores(95.04±1.98)points and practical exercise test scores(93.56±2.05)points were higher than the control group's theoretical test scores(88.34±2.02)points and practical exercise test scores(85.35±1.97)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).More than 88.0%of interns are in favor of the teaching method of PBL combined with real cases.Conclusion For the nursing teaching work of tumor surgery,the use of PBL combined with real case teaching method can effectively improve the theoretical and practical level of interns compared with conventional teaching methods,and can be recognized by interns.
