摘　　要：同“一带一路”倡议需求相协调,培养铁道工程专业高层次人才至关重要。文章通过分析铁道工程专业学术型和专业型研究生培养在培养目标、能力要求、培养内容上的差异性,从分类招考、分类设置学科课程、搭建多元学习与导师分类指导平台方面提出铁道工程专业研究生教育分类培养的建议,构建铁道工程专业研究生分类培养体系,目的是提高铁道工程专业研究生培养质量。In coordination with the major national strategic needs of the“The Belt and Road Initiative”,it is important to train highlevel talents in railway engineering.This article analyzes the differences in training objectives,training needs,and training content between academic and professional postgraduate training in railway engineering.Suggestions on the classification and cultivation of railway engineering graduate education are put forward from the aspects of classified admissions,classification of subject curricula,and establishment of platforms of multiple learning and classification guidance for tutors,so as to build a classification training system for railway engineering graduates to improve the quality of railway engineering graduate training and make individualized education and training a common practice.
