摘　　要：为了使得职教师资培训与职业教育特点及行业需求更加契合,本文提出了一种基于PDCA循环的信息技术和职业院校师资培训深度融合模式。其主要方法是,将信息技术应用到职教师资培训的训前、训中、训后和跟踪指导四个环节中,形成PDCA闭环。通过PDCA循环优化培训模式和结构,进而提高培训质量。In order to make the vocational education teacher training more compatible with the characteristics of vocational education and the needs of the field,this paper proposes an in-depth integration model of information technology and teacher training in vocational colleges based on the PDCA cycle.The main method is to apply information technology to the four links of vocational teacher training,namely,pre-training,training,post-training and follow-up guidance,to form a PDCA closed loop.The training mode and structure are optimized with PDCA cycle,thereby improving the quality of training.
