摘　　要：地方新建本科院校应用性法律人才的培养需要拥有扎实的法律理论知识、较强的法律专业技能、较高综合素质的法学"双师型"教师队伍。"双师型"教师的内涵及建设区域性明显,地方新建本科院校法学专业"双师型"教师队伍建设需求与问题并存,应改变法学专业教师的观念、聘请法律兼职教师、建立校外实践基地促进产学研、建立合理的激励及考核机制,实现地方新建本科院校法学专业"双师型"教师队伍建设路径的突破。The cultivation of applied legal talents in newly-built local colleges requires a“double-qualified”faculty team with solid legal theoretical knowledge,strong legal professional skills and high comprehensive quality.The connotation and construction of“double-qualified”teachers have obvious regional features.There coexist needs and problems in the construction of“double-qualified”faculty team in newly built local universities.For realizing the breakthrough in the construction path,the following suggestions are given:changing the teaching idea of legal teachers,employing part-time teachers of law,establishing the off-campus practice base to promote industry-university-research cooperation,establishing reasonable incentive and evaluation mechanism,etc.
